- Lead a cross-functional programme involving HR, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Operations, Sales, Delivery, and Business Leadership teams.
- Translate strategic business objectives into executable workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, steering committees, executive reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Serve as the primary interface between Capgemini executives, business leaders, account teams, and strategic technology partners.
- Drive organizational change management activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement, adoption, and successful implementation of programme outcomes.
- Build and manage integrated programme plans, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and resource requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Lead executive-level communications, including board updates, steering committee materials, business cases, and investment recommendations.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions, prioritization, and issue resolution.
- Manage programme financials, including budget oversight, forecasting, cost management, resource planning, utilization tracking, and investment governance.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate programme risks while ensuring delivery momentum is maintained.
- Establish KPI frameworks and performance dashboards to measure programme success and business impact.
- Drive collaboration across international teams to deliver outcomes consistently and at scale.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across programme delivery and transformation activities.
- Support the growth of Capgemini's AI, Data, and Engineering capabilities through strategic workforce and capability-building initiatives.
