As Feedback Loop Lead for Neo within Capgemini, you will play a key role in ensuring that user insights directly shape the evolution of Capgemini’s Group wide AI platform. Your Role

As Feedback Loop Lead for Neo, you will own and continuously improve the end to end feedback lifecycle, ensuring that insights from users are structured, prioritized, and translated into meaningful product and platform improvements.
In this role, you will:
•    Own and maintain the feedback intake process, ensuring consistent collection, classification, and traceability of user insights
•    Triage, structure, and group feedback items to support prioritization with product and engineering stakeholders
•    Consolidate recurring themes, pain points, and opportunities into clear and actionable outcomes for feature intake
•    Coordinate with stream leads to ensure feedback is properly investigated, followed up, and integrated into delivery plans
•    Monitor feedback trends and usage patterns to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities
•    Ensure visibility of feedback insights across stakeholders through structured reporting and communication
•    Continuously improve feedback processes, tooling, and governance to support Neo’s scale and complexity
•    Act as a key enabler of a user centric, data driven improvement culture within the platform

Your Profile

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, UX, Data, or a related field
•    Experience in feedback management, product operations, or user insight processes within digital or platform environments
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure qualitative input into clear, actionable insights
•    Comfortable working cross functionally with product, engineering, UX, and support teams
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and process discipline
•    Hands on experience with feedback tools, dashboards, or ticketing systems is a plus
