YOUR ROLE

  • Own and continuously manage product backlogs across supported TV client platforms.
  • Define, prioritise and maintain Epics, Features and User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
  • Produce complete functional product specifications and business requirements.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, release plans and implementation priorities.
  • Define user journeys, feature workflows and platform-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX, Analytics, Development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions and technical clarifications.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and release preparation activities.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate acceptance results.
  • Prioritise defects and document product decisions.
  • Ensure release readiness through comprehensive documentation and operational handovers.
  • Monitor product adoption, feature performance and customer feedback.
  • Drive continuous product improvement initiatives based on business objectives and data insights.
  • Ensure all deliverables remain current, prioritised and implementation-ready across supported platforms.

  • Mobile Applications (iOS and Android)
  • Smart TV Applications (Operator Tier and Standalone OTT)
  • Android TV Applications
  • Android TV Launchers and Operator Experiences

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in digital products.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience writing Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Strong background in backlog management, prioritisation and release planning.
  • Experience defining product requirements, workflows and customer journeys.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into implementation-ready specifications.
  • Experience working closely with development, QA, UX and stakeholder teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting UAT activities and release management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Video, OTT, Streaming, Pay TV or Digital Entertainment products.
  • Knowledge of Smart TV ecosystems (Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV, Fire TV, Apple TV).
  • Experience with Operator Tier Android TV environments.
  • Understanding of mobile application ecosystems and app store release processes.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and product performance measurement.
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
