YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to design user-friendly experiences for our client's claims management platform. This role focuses on improving the efficiency, accuracy, and satisfaction of users-including claims adjusters, underwriters, and customers-through thoughtful design and usability.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing with claims professionals and end-users.
- Analyse workflows and pain points in the claims lifecycle to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfaces.
- Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Advocate for UX best practices within agile development teams.
- Organize complex claims data and processes into clear, navigable structures.
- Design dashboards, workflows, and forms that optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
- Plan and execute usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system for the claims platform.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in insurance, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of claims processes and complex workflows.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with agile development and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
