Technical Solutions Architect

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect with progressive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and manufacturing digitalization. You will design and deliver end-to-end digital factory and enterprise solutions across manufacturing, cloud, integration, and data platforms, with the ability to align solution architecture to business outcomes, security standards, and technology roadmaps. 

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Design high-level and detailed technical architectures across applications, data, integration, cloud, and security, aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
• Architect and deliver Industry 4.0 solutions for manufacturing environments, including MQTT infrastructure, SCADA integration, MES/QMS integration, and real-time production monitoring.
• Lead integration of shop-floor systems, PLCs, sensors, ERP, MES, and analytics platforms into a unified digital factory ecosystem.
• Build and govern cloud-native, microservices-based architectures using AWS and Azure services, with strong emphasis on scalability, resilience, and compliance.
• Design and implement data hub and data lake architectures for streaming, transformation, and analytics using S3, Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and related technologies.
• Evaluate solution options, define architecture standards, and guide teams on code quality, performance, security, and operational readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for distributed onshore/offshore teams and mentor engineers on industrial digitalization and enterprise integration patterns.
• Support enterprise modernization initiatives, including legacy system transformation, API-driven integration, and real-time data enablement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and supportable technical solutions. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Manufacturing digitalization and Industry 4.0 strategy. Manufacturing/IoT: HiveMQ, Ignition SCADA, OPC-UA, Apriso MES, Siemens QMS.
• Real-time SCADA integration, OPC-UA/MQTT connectivity and production visibility.
• IoT & Real-Time Systems: MQTT broker design (HiveMQ), machine data ingestion, streaming pipelines (Kinesis, Databricks Spark), low-latency data processing.
• MQTT broker architecture, HiveMQ enterprise clustering, authentication, and persistence.
• MES, QMS, ERP, and PLM integration.
• Cloud architecture on AWS and Azure, Docker, Podman.
• Microservices, APIs, ETL pipelines, and data lake design.
• Architecture governance, security, backup/DR strategy and technical leadership.
• Data & Analytics Enablement: Unified data lake design, OEE dashboards, AI/ML-driven insight delivery, anomaly detection systems. Data/Analytics: Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Parquet, S3.
