Technical Solution Architect

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Technical Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end architecture for large‑scale digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing. You will design robust technical solutions across applications, data, integration, cloud, and security, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. You will also guide engineering teams, drive technology evaluations, and oversee seamless integration across critical manufacturing systems.

Key responsibility of the role:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
• Design high-level and detailed technical architectures covering applications, data, integration, cloud, and security.
• Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools relevant to manufacturing operations. Domain Expertise – Manufacturing
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and engineering groups to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Partner with product owners and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and risk evaluations. Technical Leadership
• Guide development teams by creating detailed technical specifications and ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
• Lead POCs, technology evaluations, and solution prototyping.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to building architectural best practices. Integration & Implementation
• Design and oversee integration strategies across enterprise applications (ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, IoT platforms, cloud services).
• Ensure implementation follows architectural guidelines, performance standards, and security frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes including production planning, quality management, shop-floor operations, asset management, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
• Strong background in solution architecture for MES, ERP, PLM, SCADA/IoT platforms, as well as predictive maintenance and smart factory initiatives.
• Thought leadership on Industry 4.0, digital twins, IIoT, and automation technologies.
