Site Works Coordinator

Your Role

We are looking for a Site Works Coordinator to manage installation and commissioning activities for medium-sized projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines. You will coordinate resources, logistics, and communication between field service engineers, project teams, and customers to guarantee smooth execution of site activities.

 

Key reponsibilities of the role:

  • Coordinate installation and commissioning activities in line with project requirements and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage site activity plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety plans; liaise with HSE managers.
  • Organize and monitor field service engineers’ missions, including travel and logistics.
  • Collect and prepare technical documentation, test procedures, and tools for site activities.
  • Act as the main communication link between on-site teams, project managers, and customers.
  • Track progress, manage punch lists, and report on site activities, risks, and variations.
  • Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in on-site electromechanical testing and commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of MV/LV equipment, electrical networks, and data centre applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; SAP/Primavera and BMS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid Category B driving licence.
  • Fluent English (C1); other languages are an advantage.
