ServiceNow Specialist - Security, Risk & Service Management

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Security, Risk, and Service Management to drive digital transformation for our clients. This hybrid role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on business analysis and implementation. You will lead the roadmap for ServiceNow capabilities while ensuring successful delivery of service management solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the ServiceNow architectural roadmap to meet current and future business needs.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
  • Ensure platform designs comply with enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Partner with business leaders to align architecture with strategy and report on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participate in Service Management Transformation projects, including design, testing, and transition of solutions within the Now Platform.
  • Perform data analysis during migration projects to provide requirements for developers and enable accurate configuration and customization.
  • Provide Early Life Support, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.
  • Assist in gathering core configuration requirements, translating them into design models, and managing implementation with developers.
  • Capture customer and service provider requirements into user stories and manage end-to-end delivery.
  • Design and execute UAT and training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Support remediation projects to rectify issues and improve service quality on the ServiceNow platform.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow (consulting, implementation, or technical administration).
  • Strong background in professional services, enterprise architecture, or management consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow functionality and Service Management processes.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Blend of technology and AI expertise with strong business acumen.
  • Experience in product management and business analysis.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more of the following: Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), IT Service Management (ITSM), Governance, Service Mapping
  • ServiceNow Certified in System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (nice to have)
