YOUR ROLE
To drive the growth agenda in Cloud Infrastructure Services, we are seeking a SIAM Lead Director to lead and mature our Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function. You will be responsible for the governance, integration, and optimisation of services delivered by multiple IT providers, ensuring seamless, end-to-end service delivery and robust supplier management aligned with business objectives.
You will oversee the SIAM operating model, build and maintain the SIAM Target Operating Model, and act as the single point of accountability for end-to-end service performance. This senior leadership role is embedded in the Service Management Team and works closely with Service Tower Management Leads, Service Delivery Managers, and directly with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities of the role: :
- Lead the SIAM function, ensuring all service providers work collaboratively and in alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage service providers’ performance against contracted service levels (SLAs/OLAs), drive continual service improvement, and ensure effective dispute and escalation management.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve ITIL-aligned processes and workflows.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating governance meetings, managing escalations, and ensuring clear communication across all parties.
- Set the vision for SIAM, mentor and lead the SIAM team, and ensure the function delivers measurable value to the business.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, CSFs, and improvement metrics. Analyse performance data, publish reports, and track improvements.
YOUR PROFILE
You have:
- Extensive experience in IT service management, ideally in a SIAM or multi-supplier environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL (v3/v4 Foundation required; Practitioner/Expert desirable).
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including suppliers and internal staff.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Commitment and resilience to achieve your targets in challenging and evolving business environments. Credible and collaborative, you are recognised as a valued leader in your domain and have a proven track record of service excellence with clients.
- Experience with cloud-based ITSM solutions and digital transformation is a plus
Certification:
- ITIL Foundation (Practitioner/Intermediate/Expert desirable)
- SIAM Foundation/Professional (desirable)
- Additional certifications in service management or supplier management are a plus.
