YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant to support the design, configuration, and delivery of OTC processes within SAP environments. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management, as well as a solid understanding of how OTC integrates with other SAP modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders to optimise order handling, invoicing, and revenue-related processes while contributing to implementation and transformation projects.

 

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Configure and support SAP OTC functionalities: order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and returns.
  • Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects, including S/4HANA OTC.
  • Collaborate with business teams, IT stakeholders, and external partners to define OTC strategy.
  • Support integration of OTC processes with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP) and external systems.
  • Contribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement within OTC.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, revenue recognition standards, and audit requirements.
  • Implement best practices for order fulfilment, invoicing, and dispute management.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • 5-10 years of experience in SAP OTC/SAP SD consulting.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP SD, Billing, Credit Management, and integration with FI/CO.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA OTC and advanced pricing functionalities.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP, APIs, and middleware integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
