YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an Infra Operations Lead to manage and streamline day-to-day operational activities across business functions, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external service providers. Drive operational efficiency, monitor KPIs, and support agile delivery while proactively resolving issues and enabling continuous improvement.

 

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Oversee daily operational workflows and task execution across business units.
  • Provide resource capacity to support and optimize business operations.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs through regular tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams and external service providers for seamless operations.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve operational risks and issues proactively.
  • Facilitate operational governance meetings, performance reviews, and reporting.
  • Support agile lifecycle execution, sprint planning, and timely hand-offs.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency enhancements.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience of 8 to 12 years.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, governance, and escalation management.
  • Expertise in KPI tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization.
