Client Engagement & Operations Lead

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Client Engagement & Operations Lead to serve as the primary representative of the organization at the client location, acting as the bridge between client stakeholders and the global delivery team (majority in India). This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring delivery alignment, and driving high-quality communication and governance across the engagement.

You  will play a key role in representing delivery outcomes, shaping the operational narrative, and ensuring client feedback is translated into actionable improvements across teams.

 

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Act as the trusted representative and primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain alignment on priorities, expectations, and delivery outcomes.
  • Represent delivery performance and insights in governance meetings, operational reviews, and leadership discussions.
  • Partner closely with offshore and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution, quality, and SLA adherence.
  • Communicate client expectations, priorities, and feedback to delivery teams and ensure appropriate follow-through.
  • Provide visibility into operational performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate operational insights into clear, impactful narratives for client leadership.
  • Deliver structured and effective presentations in governance forums and executive discussions.
  • Ensure reporting reflects business impact and meaningful outcomes, not just operational metrics.
  • Manage escalations and risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution and transparency with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve service delivery, and strengthen overall engagement.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capability.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to bridge client expectations with global delivery execution.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making ability.
  • Experience working within global delivery or offshore operating models.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within service delivery, operations, or consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder communication and governance forums.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
  • Experience in Licensing, KYC, Customer Vetting related fields is a big plus
  • Experience working or managing the teams using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, CRM, IcM, etc.) is a plus
  • Prior Microsoft experience in the similar domain would be preferred.
