Business Analyst

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering business and technology change initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists, you will be responsible for eliciting and analysing requirements, documenting business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting the design of effective solutions. The successful candidate will act as a critical link between business and IT teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and translated into solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagements to elicit, analyse and prioritise business requirements.
• Produce business analysis artefacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments to identify process gaps, evaluate risks and dependencies, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Support business process improvement initiatives by ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented and traceable.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, helping ensure solutions align with business needs and objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, delivering business and technology change initiatives in complex environments.
• Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews and process reviews.
• Strong documentation skills with experience producing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases and Functional Specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis, impact assessments and business process improvement activities, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for optimisation.
• Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into effective technical solutions and ensuring successful project outcomes.
