Job Description

This role acts as the SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert for the entire scope of SF project (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Mgt, SAP HCM) and liaise between HC business stakeholders, SuccessFactors team from clients' implementation partner & multiple other departments like Security team ensuring that all HC business requirements are clearly understood and delivered efficiently within an Agile framework.
