YOUR ROLE
As a .NET Tech Lead at Capgemini, you drive the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions while also contributing hands-on where needed. You combine deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding teams in building robust, secure and future-proof applications.
You operate in modern engineering environments at the intersection of cloud, microservices and AI-enabled development, acting as a key technical partner for stakeholders while ensuring alignment with architectural standards, best practices and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable .NET solutions, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define and guide the implementation of architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native) and best practices.
- Act as technical lead and coach for development teams, ensuring quality, consistency and continuous improvement.
- Take technical ownership of end-to-end delivery, from refinement and estimation through implementation, deployment and production support.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through testing (unit & integration), code reviews, DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering approaches, including AI-assisted development and security best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET, with proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions
- Deep knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, REST/OpenAPI, and secure application design (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, OWASP)
- Solid experience with Azure cloud services, including integration patterns (e.g. messaging such as Service Bus), networking concepts and DevOps (CI/CD, Git)
- Strong architectural mindset with experience in patterns & best practices, data platforms (SQL Server) and modern engineering practices (testing, scalability, performance)
- Language proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English.
