Job Description

As a Data Process Specialist within our MPU (Manufacturing Performance Unit) Validation platform, you will play a crucial role in improving process visibility, data completeness, and validation readiness. This mission aims to support a process mapping project by performing structured data collection and data entry activities.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Retrieving and analyzing required information from SAP systems related to MPU processes.
  • Reviewing and extracting relevant data from client documentation, including process descriptions, validation files, and technical references.
  • Entering collected data into predefined Excel templates, ensuring a clean, logical, and standardized structure.
  • Organizing information per process to support global mapping initiatives.
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all recorded data.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Experience with SAP systems, particularly in data extraction and navigation of technical/operational modules
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with skills in data structuring, formatting, and consistency checks
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret process documentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders
