Test Automation Engineer

YOUR ROLE

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering value to our clients while also shaping Sogeti's presence in test automation. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading test automation projects, from strategy definition to implementation.
• Supporting pre-sales activities, including creating proposals and client presentations.
• Designing, configuring, and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools.
• Providing technical expertise and training in test tools and automation strategies.
• Conducting test automation assessments, ROI analysis, and roadmap development.

YOUR PROFILE

Must-haves:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, with 2-5 years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with test tools such as UFT, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and more; Experience with structured programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
• Familiarity with development practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps) and related tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub)

Nice-to-haves:

• Expertise in implementing structured test automation processes and ability to align automation efforts with manual testing workflows.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and English, with an openness to learning new languages.
