Strategic Talent Partnering

• Advise hiring managers and business leaders on recruitment strategy, talent market trends, and workforce planning.
• Challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure effective hiring decisions.
• Participate in workforce planning discussions and growth initiatives.

Talent Acquisition Excellence

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across professional, consulting, management, and specialist technology profiles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent attraction campaigns.
• Build and maintain talent communities for critical skill areas.

Talent Intelligence

• Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
• Utilize recruitment analytics and KPIs to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Act as a brand ambassador for Capgemini in the talent market.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Support recruitment marketing, networking, industry events, and social media engagement.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruitment Consulting, or Staffing.
• Demonstrated success managing complex recruitment processes and demanding stakeholder environments.
• Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience recruiting professional services, consulting, technology, engineering, sales, or leadership profiles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and market insights.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, or English, with good working knowledge of at least one additional language.
