You help organizations make better decisions by turning governed data into clear reliable and meaningful insights using Tableau. You design analytics solutions that business users trust and actively use including dashboards analytical views and data stories. You work closely with data engineers and architects in a consulting environment that values pragmatism collaboration and measurable impact.

Your role:

You design and deliver analytics solutions using Tableau that support decision making in complex business and regulated environments. You work on semantic modeling performance optimization and effective data visualization while aligning with modern data platforms governance and data sovereignty constraints.


You help ensure that analytics outputs are consistent explainable and reusable for future AI consumption.


Core responsibilities:


•    Design and develop dashboards and analyses using Tableau
•    Define semantic models metrics and reusable analytical views
•    Collaborate with data engineers on data preparation and integration
•    Support clients in adopting Tableau based analytics solutions
•    Apply best practices in data visualization and analytics design

 

Your profile:


Must haves  

•    Strong experience in BI and analytics roles  
•    Proven experience with Tableau for dashboards and analytics  
•    Strong analytical and communication skills
•    Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is required. Knowledge of French is a strong advantage.

Nice to haves  


•    Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud
•    Experience in a consulting or client facing environment  
•    Knowledge of data governance or metric standardization
