SuccessFactors Solution Architect

YOUR ROLE

Join Capgemini as a SuccessFactors Solution Architect and get the opportunity to support our customers in realizing transformations of their HCM landscape.

Your key responsibilities include the following:

• Design and lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions across core HR and talent modules.
• Work with clients to understand their HR needs and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Define overall solution architecture, including integrations and design documentation.
• Advise on best practices to ensure scalable, user-friendly, and future-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.Act as a trusted advisor by following SuccessFactors innovations and supporting continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who: 

• Holds a Bachelor’s or master’s degree, combined with proven end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation experience.
• Has strong knowledge of SuccessFactors implementation methodologies, integration patterns, and industry best practices.
• Has excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to advise, influence, and present to senior leadership.
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.
• Experience in leading project teams, pre-sales activities, or solutioning for RFPs is considered an asset.
