SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Your Role

  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions, covering modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and HR processes, and translate these into scalable, sustainable, and future-proof solution designs.
  • Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution designs, integration mappings, and technical specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, configuration choices, solution architecture, and integration strategies to optimise functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Stay informed about the latest SuccessFactors features, roadmap updates, and HR technology trends, and translate these into continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights that drive HR transformation and measurable business value.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, combined with proven end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors implementation methodologies, integration patterns, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to advise, influence, and present to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience in leading project teams, pre-sales activities, or solutioning for RFPs.
