SuccessFactors Consultant - Employee Central

Your Role

Join Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (Junior/Medior) where you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing HR solutions through an end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC.

You’ll collaborate with clients across industries, guiding them through every stage of their Employee Central journey — from requirements gathering to deployment and long-term adoption. Whether you are a junior or a medior, as long as you hold an EC certificate, this job can be a fit for you!

Your responsibilities will be:

1. Preparation & Discovery

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirements
• Advice on solution design and possibilities within SuccessFactors
• Lead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution

2. Design & Configuration

• Translate business needs into efficient HR processes
• Configure the Employee Central module in SuccessFactors
• Support testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution

3. Training & Enablement

• Train clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solution
• Develop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage

4. Deployment & Relationship Building

• Lead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition
• Foster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support

5. Innovation

• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and proactively suggest enhancements to maximize client value.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Experience with SuccessFactors EC end-to-end project
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC module is a must
• A collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
• Rigorous & actively listening to satisfy clients through high quality services
• A native speaker in French or Dutch, at least baseline knowledge of the other language, and professional working proficiency in English
