YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in strengthening our recruitment team and ensuring we attract the best IT professionals in the market. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives. You are accountable for driving the talent acquisition strategy across a our Capgemini Invent Business Line, focusing on Belgium and Switzerrland; acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing talent decisions at the highest level. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and consulting roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide expert guidance on talent strategies.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, social media, and talent pools to identify and engage top IT professionals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen our employer brand in the IT consulting market.
  • Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies during recruitment activities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT consulting or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with market trends in IT and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch and/or French are consider assets.
