Your role
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced testing environments for automotive applications. In this role, you will design and implement test systems, integrate hardware and software components, and ensure robust validation processes for our clients.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Designing and implementing test systems and validation environments for automotive applications, from concept to operational readiness
- Defining architecture, selecting components, and managing integration of hardware and software for complex test setups
- Ensuring proper configuration, calibration, and functionality of test environments while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop comprehensive test strategies and execute validation plans
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and integration challenges
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in automotive testing and system integration with proven ability to design, build, and commission complex test systems
- Strong knowledge of HIL platforms and tools, with mandatory experience using dSPACE systems
- Solid understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and their implementation in test environments
- Experience with advanced automotive systems, real-time simulation, and model-based development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
