Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Acting as the central point of coordination, you bring structure to complex environments, align stakeholders, proactively manage risks, and drive teams toward successful outcomes.

In this role you will play a key role in: 

• Lead large and complex cross-functional initiatives with high business impact, act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Define and drive project strategy, governance, delivery approach, oversee planning, execution, risk management and financial control
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes
• Lead and coach project managers and team members, establish robust reporting, KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks
• Anticipate risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies
• Ensure successful implementation and transition to operations

Your Profile

We are looking for results-oriented professionals who combine a pragmatic mindset with a strong helicopter view, thrive in dynamic environments, and are eager to further develop their project management expertise across diverse clients and industries.

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) and Professional verbal proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
• More than 5 years of proven Project Manager experience with delivery of large, complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levels, excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Deep expertise in project governance, risk and financial management and this in a Waterfall, Agile and hybrid environment
• PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI or PMP certification
