Senior Manager - Strategic and Tech-driven Change Management - Workforce and Organization

As a Workforce & Organization Senior Manager driving Strategic & Tech-driven Change Management, you will act across four key dimensions: 

Delivery Lead for Strategic Transformation Missions 

• Lead end-to-end change for complex, multi-country programs from strategy to execution across sectors such as financial services, energy, telecom, manufacturing, and the public sector. 
• Design and oversee Change Strategies including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans for large-scale transformations. 
• Lead implementation plans, assess risks, and ensure seamless integration of AI, automation, and digital tools into organizational models. 
• Build internal change capabilities through executive coaching and leadership alignment. 

Business Driver 

• Act as Offering Lead, shaping and evolving our portfolio around Strategic & Tech-driven Change Management. 
• Drive business development: lead proposals, craft winning pitches, and secure strategic deals. 
• Build and leverage an internal network across other Capgemini Business Lines to deliver integrated solutions. 
• Monitor delivery versus commercial obligations, mitigate risk, and support negotiations. 

Talent Magnet & Inspiring Leader 

• Coach and mentor teams on missions, fostering career growth and capability development. 
• Upskill consultants on digital and AI-driven change approaches (including adoption aspects). 
• Animate communities within Workforce & Organization, creating a culture of collaboration and innovation. 
• Lead by example, acting as a trusted leader for internal stakeholders within Capgemini Invent and beyond 

Key Opinion Leader 

• Represent Capgemini Invent as a thought leader: speak at conferences, publish Points of View, and contribute articles. 
• Champion AI literacy and New Ways of Working, embedding ethical and human-centric principles. 
• Engage actively in market forums and social platforms to build external credibility 

YOUR PROFILE

• Over 10 years of consulting experience with strong personal and professional skills. Currently at a leading consulting firm or industry role, skilled in navigating matrixed organizations and securing colleague support to deliver solutions. 
• Strategic and entrepreneurial, with a transformational mindset. 
• Commercially savvy, with experience in business development and deal structuring. 
• Passionate about emerging technologies and their impact on people and organizations. 
• Recognized for your credibility and external presence in the market. 
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with professional proficiency in the other.

Besides these elements, you can demonstrate the following key attributes: 

• PROSCI Change Practitioner certification (ADKAR framework) or equivalent is a strong asset.  
• Proven exposure and experience in other Workforce & Organization topics such as Workforce Transformation and Organizational Design.  
• Familiarity with change frameworks (Kotter, PROSCI) and technology-enabled adoption (Workday, SAP, AI-driven tools)
