Job Description

As a Data Analyst/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop data pipelines, and create analytical models that transform raw data into actionable intelligence.

 

You will play a key role in:

 

  • Designing and implementing robust data pipelines and ETL processes to collect, transform, and store data from various sources
  • Developing and maintaining data models, schemas, and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
  • Creating comprehensive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Implementing data quality controls and governance procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborating with business teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in data engineering and analytics
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Scala for data manipulation and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL tools, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create insightful dashboards
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective data services
