Senior Business Analyst | Automotive

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the modernisation of a critical regulatory compliance application (CoC 3.0) within the automotive sector. In this role you will play a key role in:

• Challenging existing business processes and driving optimisation initiatives, working closely with the Homologation Business team to establish a quality-focused requirements and validation framework
• Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring full traceability from requirements through to validation, both in process and documentation
• Bridging the gap between regulatory requirements (including standards such as Eucaris and digital signatures) and business needs, ensuring compliance at every stage of delivery
• Establishing and maintaining a robust requirements traceability matrix using ALM tools such as Codebeamer or Polarion, ensuring alignment across all project deliverables
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver optimised business processes, compliant documentation, and clearly connected regulatory and business requirements

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements management and business process optimisation. The ideal candidate will bring:

• • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in requirements traceability and elicitation within complex, regulated environments
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the business status quo, drive process improvement, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
  • Holding a recognised BA certification such as CCBA, PBA, or CBAP (CBAP preferred), combined with a CPRE Level 2 certification in requirements engineering
  • Experience working with ALM tools such as Codebeamer or Polarion, with an understanding of integration patterns and data structuring considered a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the automotive or homologation domain (e.g. Eucaris, digital signatures) and experience in regulatory auditing is highly desirable
