Your Role

As a Scrum Master, you will empower teams to deliver high-value outcomes through Agile ways of working. Acting as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, you will help teams improve collaboration, maximise delivery effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the effective application of Scrum principles and practices.
  • Removing impediments and helping teams overcome challenges that impact delivery and performance.
  • Coaching teams towards greater autonomy, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting planning, prioritisation, and delivery activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Engaging stakeholders, providing transparency on progress, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Promoting an Agile mindset across teams and contributing to the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

You are a collaborative and delivery-focused professional who is passionate about Agile methodologies and enabling high-performing teams. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy helping organisations achieve better outcomes through effective teamwork and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or similar role within an IT environment, certifications such as PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, facilitation techniques, and team delivery management.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and delivery governance.
  • Professional proficiency in English and either Dutch or French, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
