YOUR ROLE

As a SIAM Lead, you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating service integration activities in a complex, multi-supplier IT environment. You act as the key point of coordination between service providers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day SIAM operational activities across multiple service providers
• Facilitate tactical governance, coordination, and planning sessions
• Manage escalations and ensure effective cross-supplier collaboration
• Track compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and operational maturity of the SIAM model

YOUR PROFILE

Must-haves:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT service management or supplier governance
• At least 3 years of experience working in a SIAM or multi-supplier environment
• Solid understanding of ITSM practices and service coordination processes
• Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. pharma or life sciences)
• Exposure to Agile or Scaled Agile ways of working
