Your Role

As a SAP Test Manager, you are responsible for leading SAP testing activities across complex transformation programs, ensuring business processes, integrations, and system changes are delivered with the highest levels of quality and reliability. Acting as the central point of coordination for testing, you bring structure to complex SAP landscapes, align stakeholders, proactively manage risks, and drive testing teams toward successful outcomes.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Lead SAP testing teams and coordinate business, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure successful test delivery across SAP transformation initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle, including test strategy, planning, preparation, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Translate business requirements and transformation objectives into structured SAP testing approaches, test plans, scenarios, and deliverables.
    Identify, manage, and mitigate testing risks, issues, and quality concerns while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish testing governance, quality metrics, dashboards, and communication plans to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment throughout the program.
  • Manage SAP testing activities from strategy definition through execution, go-live readiness, and hypercare support while ensuring efficient use of testing resources.

Your Profile

We are looking for quality-driven professionals who combine strong testing and test management expertise with leadership capabilities. You are comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders, coordinating end-to-end testing activities across complex SAP environments, and ensuring successful SAP transformations through robust quality assurance, risk management, and test governance.

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and professional proficiency in Dutch or French, with strong English communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including proven experience as a Test Manager within SAP programs or transformation projects.
  • Strong ability to coordinate teams, engage stakeholders, and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP testing disciplines, including test strategy, test management, defect management, risk-based testing, and quality governance.
  • Good understanding of SAP ecosystems and transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA, integrations, data migration, and business process testing.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager, TMAP, SAP certifications, Agile Testing, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent are considered an asset.
