SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Your Role

Join Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant where you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing HR solutions of SAP SuccessFactors EC.

You’ll collaborate with clients across industries, guiding them through every stage of their Employee Central journey — from requirements gathering to deployment and long-term adoption. Whether you are a junior or a medior, as long as you hold an EC certificate, this job can be a fit for you!

Your responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, advising on solution design and capabilities within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead workshops and solution demos to align stakeholders and validate proposed solutions.
• Translate business needs into efficient HR processes and configure the Employee Central module, supporting testing with clients and project teams.
• Deliver training and enablement, including tailored materials, to drive adoption and confident use of the solution.
• Lead go‑live activities, ensure a smooth transition, and provide post‑deployment guidance to build long‑term client relationships.
• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and proactively suggest innovations and enhancements to maximize client value.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree
• You are certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC module
• You have built or are building experience with SuccessFactors EC end-to-end project
• You have a collaborative mindset and a customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
• You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a professional working proficiency in English
