YOUR ROLE
Join Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant and help leading organizations optimize their employee compensation strategy through end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. You'll play a key role in delivering an impactful solution.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, advising on solution design and opportunities within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead workshops and solution demos to align stakeholders and validate the proposed approach.
- Translate business needs into efficient HR processes and configure the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Support and coordinate testing activities with clients and project teams to ensure a smooth and effective adoption.
- Develop and deliver tailored training and enablement materials to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Lead go‑live activities, ensure a smooth transition, and build long‑term client relationships through post‑deployment support and guidance.
YOUR PROFILE
- A bachelor's or master's degree combined with SuccessFactors Compensation end-to-end project experience
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module is a must
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee central module is a big plus
- A collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
- Rigorous & actively listening to satisfy clients through high quality services
- A native speaker in French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
