Your Role

As an experienced SAP PS/PPM (Project Systems / Project & Portfolio Management) Functional Consultant, you will translate the business challenges of our clients into smart, future‑proof IT requirements. Leveraging SAP’s latest technologies, you guide customers through the design, implementation, testing, and successful delivery of PS and/or PPM solutions.

Working closely with a team of consultants, you ensure solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations and enable organizations to optimize their project and portfolio performance.

Your key responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business needs into SAP PS/PPM functional requirements
• Design, configure, and implement SAP PS and/or PPM solutions
• Lead workshops, functional design sessions, and solution validation activities
• Support testing cycles and guide clients through UAT
• Deliver high‑quality documentation and handover materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional development
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Your Profile

• Master’s degree
• Strong knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio in PS and/or PPM
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PS and/or PPM
• SAP training or certification is a strong asset
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to coach, train, and support junior colleagues
• Customer‑oriented, results‑driven, and committed to delivering quality
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
• Willingness to work on assignments in Belgium and occasionally abroad
• Belgian resident
