About Your Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Lead Application Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding a team of developers while remaining hands-on in building scalable and maintainable applications.

 

You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, ensuring best practices, and aligning application development with business objectives.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and development processes
  • Review code and ensure quality, performance, and security standards are met
  • Drive modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Agile methodologies)
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, risks, and bottlenecks
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term technical strategy

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in application development
  • Strong experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript)
  • Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud-native development)
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
