Your Role
Join Capgemini as a SAP ABAP HR/HCM Consultant and get the opportunity to support our customers in realizing digital transformations of their HR landscape by implementing SAP HCM solutions.
- You will contribute to end-to-end implementations, from requirements gathering through build/configuration, testing, data migration to deployment and training.
- You will work as a team to improve business processes of customer organizations. You advise them on the impact of the new technologies on their enterprise, providing insights into their current and target state and proposing a fitting SAP solution.
- You will be a trusted advisor to customers, developing an evolving SAP HCM roadmap, aligned with the latest developments in SAP HCM and S/4HANA.
- You will guide our customers in the transformation of their SAP HCM landscape to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors.
- Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensuring that standard SAP processes are used.
Your Profile
You meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience in core HR processes, implementing multiple SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PAY, TIME, ADMIN)
- Strong debugging skills in ABAP
- Knowledge of S/4HANA is required, certification is recommended
- Experience in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL (Personal Object Work list) , BADIs for Web Dynpro development, Forms development using Web Dynpro ABAP and Smartforms
- Prior experience working on HCM Forms and Processes (such as ESS/MSS) is a strong asset
- Workflow, ALE/EDI experience constitutes an asset
- Collaborative mindset & customer-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical skills and interest in acquiring skills around new technologies
- Fluent in French or Dutch, and professional working proficiency in English
