YOUR ROLE

As an R&D Project Leader for our EU Chip Design Platform, you will play a crucial role in implementing the NanoIC strategy and advocating for Pilot Lines services.You will be the bridge between Research Centers, Academia, SMEs, and the European designer ecosystem.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Implementing the NanoIC strategy to the NanoIC PL, advocating for the Pilot Lines services, and continuously following up on requests for access to the pilot line
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships between Research Centers, Academia, SMEs, and the European designer ecosystem
  • Advocating NanoIC services towards European SMEs, startups, and academia, in close collaboration with the Europractice program
  • Seeking constant improvements in both quality and speed of our innovations and services
  • Contributing new ideas and helping implement them across the platform
  • Connecting with the EU Chip Design Platform

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in chip design or related semiconductor fields
  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor design processes and technologies
  • Proven experience in project leadership or management within R&D environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers while maintaining project oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Open communication style with enthusiasm and drive to create strong networks
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time across Europe
