YOUR ROLE
As a quality management system engineer, you will support the quality team in ensuring that processes, documentation, and corrective actions meet the highest standards required in the aerospace and defence industries.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Organising, updating, and maintaining quality documentation including procedures, instructions, and forms, while ensuring accessibility and proper distribution across the relevant teams
- Recording and monitoring non-conformities, tracking KPIs and corrective action progress to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Collecting, analysing, and entering quality data to contribute to the production of quality reports and dashboards that support informed decision-making
- Providing administrative support for problem-solving meetings, including scheduling, taking minutes, and following up on action items to keep processes moving efficiently
- Actively participating in continuous improvement projects and assisting in the preparation of internal and external audits, contributing to a culture of quality excellence
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a relevant degree in quality management, engineering, or a related technical discipline, and are looking to build your career in quality assurance within the aerospace or defence sector
- You have a foundational knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS 9100 standards, with some experience or academic exposure to document management and data analysis
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have familiarity with project management tools; a C1 level of English is required (minimum B2)
- You are highly organised, rigorous, and attentive to detail, with strong analytical and synthesis skills that allow you to manage priorities effectively and deliver quality work
- You are a collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you bring curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow in your role
- You are fluent in French
