Project Planner | Life Sciences

Job Description

• Consolidate schedules from the four main suppliers
• Integrate activities not covered by supplier schedules (e.g., Risk Assessments, Design Reviews)
• Coordinate closely with package owners to ensure alignment
• Develop a highly detailed and structured schedule, including:
  • Clear prerequisites for each activity
  • Identification of missing or overlooked tasks
  • Monitoring of co-activities and interdependencies
  • Daily progress tracking
• Challenge delays, perform impact analysis, and escalate issues when necessary
• Engage directly with discipline engineers to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks
• Participate in governance meetings, providing clear communication of risks and deviations

Your Profile

• Experienced Senior Planner with a proven ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
• Background in CAPEX environments, ideally with Life Sciences industry experience
• Solid technical understanding of industrial projects
• Analytical and assertive mindset, capable of identifying and escalating risks to governance bodies
• Strong planning expertise, with foundational project management knowledge—focus remains primarily on planning
• Proficiency in MS Project is preferred
• Fluent in French
