Job Description

• Coordinating governance activities for the Grid Development Sounding Board, including scheduling meetings, managing agendas, tracking time, and following up on action points to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Preparing and designing presentations for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including distribution network operators, regulators, clients, and internal approval bodies, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
• Supporting data management within the Regional Grid Development team through Excel-based solutions such as data linking, filtering, and layout, as well as contributing to Power BI reporting and visualisation.
• Assisting in workload planning by contributing to high-level capacity and resource planning for the Regional Grid Development team, helping to prioritise and organise activities effectively.
• Providing day-to-day operational support to Grid Developers, including drafting project scoping documents, preparing budgets for long-term studies, maintaining oversight of external requests and data quality improvements, and formatting external documents.

Your Profile

• You have a Master degree in Engineering 
• You have at least 4 years of experience in a coordination, project support, or data management role, ideally within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (data linking, filtering, layout), PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in or appetite for Power BI reporting and visualisation.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French (written and spoken), enabling you to communicate effectively with a wide range of Belgian and European stakeholders.
• You demonstrate strong attention to detail, autonomy, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take initiative in a fast-paced technical environment.
• You have strong organisational and communication skills, with experience preparing professional documents and presentations for diverse audiences including regulators, clients, and internal decision-makers.
