Your Role

As a Project Manager in our Life Sciences practice, you will lead technical projects focused on automation systems within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Managing complex technical projects in the life sciences sector, with a focus on automation systems, from initiation to successful delivery
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while monitoring progress against established milestones
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Leading cross-functional teams of engineers and technical specialists, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, resolving issues, and implementing effective change management processes

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, with specific focus on automation systems
  • Fluency in French and English; Dutch language skills are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools
  • Experience with automation technologies, control systems, and validation processes in regulated environments
