Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare sectors. You will act as a key interface between business, technical, quality, and regulatory teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations.

You will play a critical role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of Life Sciences projects.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Managing end-to-end project delivery across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare environments
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Engineering
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, GMP, GxP, and quality standards throughout project execution
  • Leading governance meetings, tracking project performance, and providing clear communication to stakeholders and senior management
  • Driving technology transfer, process improvement, digital transformation, validation, or operational excellence initiatives depending on project needs
  • Identifying project risks, managing issue resolution, and implementing mitigation actions to ensure successful outcomes
  • Supporting organizational change management and fostering collaboration across global and multidisciplinary teams

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented project management professional with a strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry and its regulatory environment.

You bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, or related Life Sciences sectors
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving quality, regulatory, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or product development activities
  • A solid understanding of GMP/GxP environments and the challenges associated with regulated industries
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks in complex organizational environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in French; additional languages such as English are considered a strong asset
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are considered an advantage
