Project Management Officer | Nuclear

Job Description

As a PMO in the nuclear sector, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring complex industrial projects. You will work closely with project managers to ensure the success of strategic initiatives.

• Developing and maintaining industrial project schedules using MS Project and other project management tools
• Developing and optimizing project planning models (scope breakdown) to improve project management efficiency
• Supporting the resource management process by developing and updating the organizational breakdown structure (OBS)
• Organizing and leading risk analyses with the project team, including administrative follow-up and integration into schedule and budget
• Serving as a point of contact for questions related to planning and resource management tools
• Participating in field visits in controlled areas with the project team and advising on interventions

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Civil, industrial or bioengineering 
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience, motivated junior profiles are also considered
• Fluency in French, knowledge of English is an asset
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project
• Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Pragmatic and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Interest in the nuclear energy sector
