Project Management Officer (PMO)| Life Sciences

Your Role

As a Project Management Officer in the Life Sciences sector, you will participate in the coordination and delivery of complex pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, from design through validation. You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Coordinating end-to-end engineering projects in GMP and non-GMP environments, with focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, and Technical departments
  • Organize qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for manufacturing equipment and facilities
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field
  • 2 years of experience in project management in life sciences field
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP principles
  • Good communication skills in English and French
  • Eager to learn and develop project management skills in a regulated environment
