Project Engineer Validation Coordination

Your Role

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Supporting and executing validation projects related to modifications of existing aseptic production processes, ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Maintaining and continuously improving the media fill system, contributing to the robustness of microbial control across the site
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on aseptic filling validation, collaborating closely with departments including Production, Engineering, QA, ECO, and Site Compliance
  • Translating high-level regulatory requirements into practical, executable, and compliant validation approaches
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes

Your Profile

  • You hold, or are working towards, a Master's degree in a scientific field such as biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, or a related discipline
  • You have an affinity with aseptic manufacturing, production systems, and/or microbiology, with up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • You are analytically strong, structured, and detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • You are a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, eager to take ownership and grow within a multidisciplinary setting
  • You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • You can go daily to our client in Puurs
