Your role
The role of Project Engineer is a dynamic and challenging position in which you develop extensive knowledge of various production processes and systems. You will have the opportunity to translate high‑level regulatory requirements into practical, executable, and compliant approaches within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Executing validation projects related to modifications of existing production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining and continuously improving the media fill system to ensure the integrity of aseptic processes
- Serving as the primary subject matter expert for other departments on the validation of aseptic filling processes
- Collaborating with multiple departments, including Production, Engineering, QA, ECO, and Site Compliance
- Analyzing and documenting validation results, identifying trends and recommending process improvements
Your profile
- Master's degree in a scientific field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, or related discipline)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry
- Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing and affinity with production systems
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to set clear priorities
- Organized, structured, and detail‑oriented way of working
- A true team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of aseptic quality systems
- Experience in project management and microbiology is a plus
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
