Product Owner/Analyst

We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of features that create value for our customers and stakeholders

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

- Ensure clarity of requirements and support the team during development and testing phases.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.

- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

- You are fluent in Dutch OR French, AND English (languages are a must have)

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile environments.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in it.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
