Power BI and Analytics Consultant

Your Role

As a Power BI & Analytics Consultant, you help organisations transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you design intuitive analytics solutions, build trusted reporting frameworks, and enable clients to unlock value from their data. You collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions that support both current reporting needs and future AI-driven initiatives. This role aligns closely with the Data Intelligence & Experience and Data Analysis & Modelling families within the Data & AI community.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical applications using Power BI
• Building and maintaining semantic models, KPIs, and standardised business metrics that support consistent decision-making
• Translating business requirements into effective data visualisation and storytelling solutions
• Collaborating with data engineers and architects to ensure analytics solutions are aligned with modern data platforms and governance standards
• Advising clients on Power BI adoption, reporting strategies, and analytics best practices
• Promoting data visualisation excellence, self-service analytics, and reusable reporting frameworks for future analytics use cases

Your Profile

You are passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that help organisations make better decisions. You enjoy combining analytical thinking with creativity to tell compelling stories through data and visualisation. Whether working with business stakeholders, data engineers, or architects, you can translate complex requirements into intuitive reporting solutions that deliver real business value.

• Strong experience in BI and analytics roles 
• Proven expertise with Power BI and data visualization 
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is required. Knowledge of French is a strong advantage.
