Job Description

As a Project Management Officer in the Life Sciences sector, you will support the coordination, planning, and execution of complex pharmaceutical manufacturing projects — from early design phases to qualification and validation. You will act as a key enabler to ensure project delivery in line with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Coordinating end-to-end engineering projects in both GMP and non-GMP environments, focusing on pharmaceutical production facilities.
• Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitating effective communication between multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, Validation, and Technical Operations.
• Organizing and supporting project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting activities.
• Planning and coordinating IQ/OQ/PQ activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within the Life Sciences industry.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles, and regulatory constraints.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Curious, proactive, structured, and eager to continue developing project management skills in a regulated setting.
