Job Description
- Establishing and maintaining project governance structures, ensuring adherence to organisational policies, facilitating steering committee meetings, and documenting outcomes to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Supporting project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring, challenging planning and resource allocation decisions, tracking deliverables and milestones, and raising alerts on impacting deviations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Consolidating risks and mitigation plans through a structured Risk Register, animating risk review sessions, assisting with risk scenario planning, and monitoring risk management activities across projects.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and knowledge management, including internal workshops, feedback sessions, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring, while also providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to project teams on PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
Your Profile
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a Project Management or PMO role within an international and technically demanding environment, with a proven ability to operate across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
- You have solid expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and financial monitoring, and are comfortable challenging and supporting project managers at all stages of the project lifecycle.
- You are proficient in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project and Power BI, and are confident in maintaining and supporting their use across project teams.
- You demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, lead workshops, and produce clear, structured documentation.
- You are fluent in English, and proficiency in French and/or Dutch
